Razorback Basketball Parking

2009 - 2010

Its already time to start U of A basketball Parking.  Below you will find listed all the men's home games that we will be working this season.  For each game we have to in the lots two hours before game time.  Most of the games start at 7:05 P.M. so that means that we start working at 5 P.M.  This is much easier and quicker than football games.

Some of the game times will change please check back to see if there have been any changes made to the game that you are signed up to work.  If you have any questions please email Mr. Mitchell and he will answer your questions.  You can also find below some of the F.A.Q. that we get about basketball parking. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Q: Where do we go? 

    A: Come to lot #67 behind the HYPER Building and across the street from the outdoor track and field.  If are driving North on Razorback Road you will turn right onto Meadow street and its the first parking lot on the left.

2. Q: Where do I park?

    A: All workers can park in lot #67.  Some will be able to move their cars to other lots such as 74 and 46.

3. Q: Who can work?

    A:  Since these games happen at night we really need adults to work.  There a lot of cars coming through campus during basketball due to classes. Students want to use the Hyper Building to workout, got to class, etc.  Sometimes they can get a little crazy. Most of the the students will go away without any problem, but we a few every now and then that get really mad, cuss at us, write hateful things about us and our wife in the school newspaper, etc...

4. Q: Can I get into the game for free?

    A: Yes, after tip off we are able to either go home or you can go into the game for free.  You just have to hunt for a seat.

5. Q: Its snowing do we still park?

    A: Yes, just because its snowing, raining or just down right bone chilling cold we still work the parking lot.  Mr. Mitchell will call if it is just to dangerous for anyone to work.
